whoa. looks entirely different from the YG821DMR joint.

they are both recessed, but each in a different way. the 821's heel is rounded, compared to the square heel you have.

the 821 there has changed pickups. the original hums are zebra ones. seems like the volume knob is lost too!

i was actually eyeing the edwards alexi laiho scythe model... but the day before my purchase, my friend picked up the les paul to give it a go... the tone and resonance coming out of it was simply amazing... haha needless to say i picked it up the next day...
