fretboard edges

i have a epiphone sg with a really sharp bounded fretboard edge. bending and doing big chords are really uncomfortable compared to my tele and schecter.

is there anyway/anywhere i can roll off the edges slightly? will it cost alot?

can i assume the gibson versions would have more comfortable fretboard ends?

note: fretboard, not fret ends.

you can use a lighter grit sandpaper like say 600 and slowly rub it down.

higher-end guitars usually have rolled fingerboard edges, gibsons should have them also.

Hmm my Gibby has a nicely rounded one. i believe thesandpaper shld do the trick

There's different types of sandpaper... i was recommended to get those you find @ shops selling plastic models. Its while in colour and isn't like the typical sandpaper.

i recently tried a SX 60s strat with a beautiful neck with nice rounded edges.
i wouldve gotten it if not for its swimming pool rout.

Eh, i do the reverse. Hot cream for neck, sandpaper for anus.
