im more of a bassist actually, but ive been practicing my guitar hard enough and decided to pamper myself with a better axe now. i currently own an epi SG and it isnt the best, but i wont disappoint me at all.

im looking at the epiphone flying v and the epiphone lp custom in alphine white.

i play more of pop rock and soft rock, but go into more classic stuff lyk GnR and motley crue once in a while.

which shd i get?

thanks in advance! :D :D :D :D :D

The LP.... more player friendly...

Actually... what's wrong with your current model?

Are the other 2 epiphones a step up from your current guitar?

lol yea a step up, cos cny's coming, got extra cash wad! LOL

ive been thinking of the flying v for months alr, but its user-friendliness isnt something its famous for, in fact, many complaint that its not a good guitar to practice on, but the lp custom could cost more la.... :(

yes...its a good idea to wander off into the singles arena..frankly..i would myself..

its no wonder why my next target is a telecaster.

ok i see... people tend to avoid the tele because there's a general notion that it's only good for 1 genre only- country music. but let's not segue 8)

my ex guitarist used his telecaster for rock and heavy metal...

and obviously it surprised me at the capabilities of the guitar.

only that he was using stock pickups..so under high gain..it did sound harsh..its an MIM telecaster..no idea wad model..didnt ask him..

he's in league with me then, i;m using mine for black metal

Root's tele is under personal specs; it's also a subsequent switch. there are more metal strat fans than there are tele- but there are out there nevertheless...
