hee heee ... the tone drive cheapo $95 low pro trem works fine for me - I am doing trial action and set up tests on my new Frankenstein Ibby b4 I wire her up ....

The strings I am usng for these set up test are the $3.80 a packet ones from TYMC- cheap & good ... for test but I'll stick with my Ernie Ball titanium coated strings for my gigging axes ...

Don't buy that thing man.

It doesn't have locking saddles and putting it on a strat body is troublesome.

I got quoted around 200-300 for routing a cavity just to fit that piece of junk.

Either you stay with your normal strat bridge, or you go for an Ibanez/ a licensed FR from schecter or what not.

I believe an Ibanez EDGE costs in the region of 400-500? Plus paying for the routing and stuff..............might as well get a new Ibanez with the bridge already installed.

Yah. It's seriously very costly to put on a FR bridge yourself. It's not like this is the EVH era, where FRs are uncommon... Nowadays, the guitars with a floating tremolo are getting cheaper and cheaper already.

the price itself suggests it's not a Floyd Rose brand but a copy. the original FR bridge would be $300+/-... if you are ok with the copy, by all means, go ahead.

It's Schaller...
And it's gold colour.
The OFR on buy/sell is chrome, MIG.
