IRC

SeekZ frm IRC #guitar?

anw, $750 is quite cheap for a collector's item lyk dat. went down to Swee Lee todae & a new RG cost more than that by $100, but e sound is mind blowing man!!

Erm

Strat is nice, but some Strat does not support e H-S-H config or H-H, mainly jus S-S-S :) so i guess it doesnt matter wat axe shape u gif me, as long as i get e sound i wan :)

i realy tink Gibson gives great guitars, but for the pricy part, there are good, cheap Gibsons out there. It's all up to your taste.

Les pauls are generally much much much more expensive.

Thats just my oppinion aniwaz.

Strat's have swimming pool routings, and for the American series, H-S-H.

Oops

Yea I saw that H-S-S on a Fender Highway, but isn't Start supposed to be S-S-S. I mean I thought it was made famous cuz of the triple singles.

Then again, I might be wrong

Hmm

But I'm not much of a Fender fan :) Ibanez is definitely my cup of tea, but my knowledge not very good yet.

Not all models have swimming pool routings. My memory fails me as to when they made them that way. But highway1s have HSH routing so you pretty much can do what you want.

EDIT: Apologies for participating in the off topic discussion.

haha, i still think fender is one of the most versatille guitars ever made, it can play almost anything...and notice that ibanez has that kinda too much treble and too little mid sound... the 'signature' sound of ibanez...
