i think fender still wants to maintain their market share as the "traditional" guitar manufacturer. anyways, there's always fender japan or ESP.

Googled a fair bit about it, and word on the street is that with the Tex-Mex pups, should be MIM and at an estimate of about USD$900 or so.

And then, there are rumours of Fender raising prices by 15%-20%. Not sure on the accuracy of such things though.

Custom shop definitely will still have their niche market....But then, 900USD...I guess it will be quite pricey when it comes to Singapore....for MIM?hmmm...I'll go for American Standard
