Realistically ... the points are too far apart lah... 18 pts... means Arsenal have to win all their matches and MUFC have to lose 9 games out of the remaining 21 games... which is almost impossible? MUFC may lose a couple of games here and there but 9 games for them is unimaginable.

If MUFC slips... Chelsea can still catch up. Moreover with a game in hand, it reduces the lead to only 5pts. I worry more about Chelsea than Arsenal.

I am really hoping Owen Hargreaves will join MUFC though... his experience elsewhere will benefit MUFC alot in their Champions League dreams.

I think Arsene Wenger is just trying to maintain the moral of the team, which is reasonable. By 18 pts difference, I don't think Arsene want to see any more "accidents" even if they don't win the league.

Going by statistics... Arsenal has only won 50% of their home matches... the other 50% draw. They got to do better than that. Home soil afterall.
