Hi, im thinking abt adding something new to my rig!

i have a DD3 but i don tink its realy nice as i would like to add sustains to my overdrive! For lead!

DD3 is great for clean!
Pls correct me if im wrong abt it (DD3) as im still experimenting with the DD3!

i was checking some Holy Grail Reverb samples on the net and was pretty interested in it as it adds sustain in the leads, and also for the other effects it can do!

Pls help me with some reviews if possible cos i knw a number of y'al use it!
Gd or bad reviews too!
i would like to knw more abt it from the pro's before i decide to get it or look for another one!

Thanx!
Cheers!

a reverb doesnt add sustain, the decay of the reverb might sound as if its sustain. But its not.

Anyway, i have and been using the holiest grail reverb. The big brother of the grail series. But in recent months, the line 6 verzilla is my choice of reverb.

Do consider the verbzilla too, nice verb, nice features and good stereo in and out!

A DD-3, modded with a hi cut mod, can give you a reverb-ish thing. I have mine modded, and its all the wetness/delay/reverb i need. But note, my needs for reverb/delay are very minimal compared to others.

Can I daisy chain these on a power supply?
No, you will want to use isolated power supplies for each ToneCore.

Does this mean i cant use a daisy chain to power up tis pedal like i do with the rest on my rig?

As in i hv to use ...... a battery?

the tonecore series has its own adaptor.

Result from others seem like having hiss or noise problem when using other adaptor.

The line6 adaptor is the only one for it, for bestest and quietest operationsss

Any other effect(any form of modulation), other than those you can increase the gain one(overdrive/distortion/fuzz). Its pretty much pointless to use battery, imho. Will eat the batt for lunch and no bones in return...

Thanx PatheinRaindropMoe.
Well the Verbzilla'z cauthg my attention now!

as for my other effects, im using a daisy chain! but i hv to change to a 1spot cos im using tis one now ...

What you have there is not a power supply, it's just a pedal with a very confusing name.

Take that pedal out, you don't need it at all and all your pedals will still work perfectly because you already have a power supply, which is your adapter. I've asked you a number of times, what adapter are you using? Because that IS your power supply.
