Duncan Jazz/'59 combo on an Epiphone Riviera?

Hey guys, need your opinion, especially form those with experience with the two pickups on a semi hollow or something.
Using an Epiphone Riviera, has 2 full sized hums and I'm thinking of swapping out the original pus. Would a Jazz at the neck and '59 bridge be a good combo? Been looking at Pearly Gates and Seth Lovers too. Mostly playing blues, and some punk rock stuff; but focusing this guitar more for the blues aspect. Like using low drive settings, cuz I like it clean with a slight crunch; but don't want to close myself off from stacking drives for higher gain. Any recommendations?
Also, where would you guys recommend to do rewiring and stuff? Is Sound Alchemy good with those, from what I've heard they are but most people seem to be going to other places.
Thanks!

Pearly Gates gets my vote (y)

Sound Alchemy is cool with their rewiring =) I just sent my guitar there and got it back real fast (y)

hahaha thanks for the advice thus far! would you think the semi-hollow nature of the riviera would sort of mellow out the 'top end bite'? hahaha sub i would go to beez but i stay in the west so its really far! really liked his service though! will probably go with SA then haha.

semi-hollow actually makes the guitar brighter but fortunately for us, there's the tone knob to address this :-)

i stay @ the west as well, i go to Beez's all the time...
