Standard Disclaimer: Please note that these clips are, in no way, a substitute or replacement for a full-time drum teacher. The intention of sharing these clips, is to provide budding drummers an additional platform to learn from, as well as to encourage greater public awareness of the great drummers & drum teachers we have in SG.

If you are inspired, or very interested in a particular drummer, please feel free to approach them, for one-to-one lessons are only way you can truly "learn from the master" =)

-----

Moving forward, its now the end of the year and most of the working drummers will have a number of engagements/gigs for year end x'mas/new year festivities (which means good business!! :D)

therefore, we'll probably hold the next Xchange some time in January. Also, one of our circle members, Alvin will be returning from Melbourne after working there both as a musician and teacher for several years, we definitely hope he will drop by the next Xchange =)

If you guys have any suggestions/ideas for next exchange, pls feel free to share them!!!!

hope to see you all again soon!!!

cheers,
alfe

Looks like I missed a lot! Must try to attend the next one :D

yes u must!!!

anyways, i've updated the first post in this thread for the headcount n stuffs... even with 13 missing-in-action, we still had a turnout of 19 folks... it warms my heart that we're seeing a growth in the drummer population

used to be that one drummer wld take quite long to find another drummer, and usually a few bands wld try and get him to play for them.... or issit i have been living in a desert?

oh dear..... too many folks.. sorry i missed out @_@.. were u there wif a gal, or were u seated amongst doublestrokesg & guys? :D

warm regards
