Hmm.. sorry guys... just some clarification...
We all use pedals right? I always go into the clean channels of marshalls with a sansamp GT2, bypassing the Overdrive/ distortion channel. I suppose that's the norm?
If our pedals go through the Overdrive or distortion circuits of any guitar amps, suppose that the sound will be all hell breaks loose? And also when we need clean sound we just have to step the pedal again. Much simpler isn't it. Thus isn't the overdrive/ distortion channel underused??
Pros like Zakk Wylde, Santana etc etc, do they do the same? If they're say using a tubescreamer, do they still plug into the overdrive channel?
