I think the curfew is very unfair as loitering isn't really a crime, it's just harmless waste of space in a certain location at a certain time.. why should parents know every damn thing?
why.....

why...

why...?

oh wait i'm way past 17. hahaha... sorry just had to rub that in. I brought a friend of mine (who's 16) to go makan at geylang the other night. it was pretty funny seeing his reaction when a police car drove by. almost like one of those "oh crap it's a sting op!" face printed on his face. it'll be pretty funny if his parents was notified he was found at geylang..
well i think it's good in a way maybe because nowadays the younger ones have alot of freedom compared to us 90s/80s/70s conservative disciplines. I think it's no big deal since kids are screwin around/makin handphone porn films/getting pregnant at that age and relating the bad news to their parents already. let alone just a simple "where I was" GPS report? quit bitchin.

1¢ worth.

if you're walking home & got stopped by the coppers tell them WHATS WRONG WITH WALKING HOME and make sure u explain them the term LOITERING. ha-ha

lalalalalala

but it's like in the papers...they won't stop you unless they think that there's a potential that that someone is going to commit crime..just like it was pointed out by other softies here...

and it's NOT a curfew...so not all under-17 will get stopped by the boys in blue...like as if there's one cop to every under-17 liddat...

Nononono.
We must be civilised.
Be polite to the cops.

They are doing their duty (I think they have to take this oath about serving before becoming a cop right? Just like teachers, student councils and PMs).

ahahaha.actually its a small thing.just be good boys and girls. nothin will happen. i mean cmon its not really a big thing so lets just keep it on the down loww.
