I'm just curious , is this a common sight during the elections period for the opposition? Whereby the opposition always gets the better of the crowd during their rallies?
 
this time around, the alternate party rallies are getting even more turnout than ever. 3 hours to go, for voting booths to kickoff. Public holidays are days i have to work, time to get it over with.
 
back from polling.. 8) took less than 10min.. hhaa.. but quite a small no. of pple going to vote in the morning.. no rush at all

the opposition this time round are people with qualified background. there is an effort to appeal to the voters through their senses, no surprise then that many people are listening.

staying up tonight for the results... will play guitar while watching 8)
 
agree - the young opposition is better in terms of quality this time round.

i don't agree with some of the opposition's manifesto though. Not that I fully agree with the ruling party's manifesto. It IS quite a difficult vote for me.

Whatever the results, let's hope it is one that is beneficial for Singapore.

This time PAP definitely won't get a clean sweep. It's the most exciting election so far. My parents want to drag me to the nearly cc to squeeze and holler with the ah peks. Gar.

Truth is, they won't know the results so soon. That's why the show is scheduled to end at 1am. Imagine the amount of revenue they can earn from advertisements for this 3 hour show!
Translations on the same channel, no wonder they are wasting 3 hours.
Wonder what will happen to the "100 million" carrot if PAP loses.
