Maybe because our fellow Malay players like to play fast hence Ibanez is the top pick? I mean the finger board is flat hence technician can adjust it to have a low action for speed playing and still able to do good string bending. Adjust a 9.5" radius Telecaster neck with low action, try to bend the 3rd & 4th string and you'll know what I talk. That's the reason I can think of.
