Oh what the heck...
I've never been inclined to post anything on forums, but I guess I should share. Many years ago, I owned a lot of pedals. But one day I gave up, sold all my pedals and started focusing on my playing and finger tone instead. But recently I've decided to pick it up again, and boy, do I feel old and outdated. There are so many boutique makers out there. So I guess to all you softies out there who's having a serious case of GAS like me, this thread might come in handy.
Through many months of research, testing and buying, I managed to compile the following makers. I will add more in time to come. In the meantime, all you softies out there, feel free to add. However pls state the following first if you're planning to post a review.
1, What kind of music do you play?
2. What else did you try before you settled for that gear?
3. Where you got it from and how much did you pay for it?
This would help fellow softies, make a relatively informed decision as to what to buy.
*Note. It's always better if you could try it for yourself. Do not be 100% dependant on reviews alone. But if you can't try and you have spare cash to burn, bite the bullet, buy it if you like it, and post a review. If it turns out that it's not what you want, you can always sell it. Someone is sure to like it or it wouldn't have been made in the first place. In the rare event you cannot sell it, your sacrifice will be duly noted.
So here goes.
PS I am not a dealer. Though some of the makers listed deserves a dealer in SG. As for personal reviews, I'll add it soon. Hope you guys would understand.
