how bad can he screw it up, its only an LED that needs to be changed, and if i'm not wrong its offboard wiring

should be quite safe, any monkey with common sense and a solderingn iron should be able to do it, heehee :lol:

i can also do it for free, juz supply the pedal and the LED, and if you want i can fix for you while you watch, shouldn't take more than 10 minutes, in a relaxed pace

I rem the SD-2... it has a great Lead/Distortion (can't recall name) channel. Very very nice heavy od... rather, distortion.

How does the crunch channel fare for you? It didn't work for me, thought of modding it but decided to sell it to grab something else.

Crunch is used mainly when I pull out my strat. Cleans up well, retains definition very nicely,

The lead section Doesnt sound so good with the strat.

Better with humbuckers, seem to pull the sustain out of it.

oh sometimes its not the LED but the electronic switching circuit inside... but do poke around with LED first lah... if cannot then send to Randolf.

I think its a solder break or something.

Because the green one lights normally, but the red one only works when i press it down slightly.

So should be a simple thing.
