Great service, completely trustworthy. There's nothing for you to worry about.
Just email him and I am certain he will get back to you asap, maybe he is being caught up with something at the moment.
Anyway, just a little word of advise. In the future, please ascertain the trustworthiness of the online store, or any store for that matter, before handing over cold, hard cash.
It always pays to do your research before committing to a purchase.
I simply cannot imagine, or being to comprehend, how one might be able to hand over cash without even checking the store out completely.
Fortunately for you, it's BGW this time round so you are safe.
It could very well be another one of those dirty, scamming, fraudulent China/foreign websites selling fake guitars or one of it's plentiful variants and mutations that are breeding exponentially all over the internet.

Yeap he is 100% genuine. Great service and hospitality as well, Brendon lets you take time to try out the guitar before buying, and doesn't hurry or rush you (unlike many of the guitar shop owners in Singapore I must add). Got my Gretsch from him hassle free and I have been buying stuff from him ever since.

Another thumbs up for Brendon. Allow me to share my experience.
I first dealt with him when i ordered an Ibanez bass through him. He was ever so helpful, even giving me a lengthy explanation via email why my bass arrived a week late (shipping problems with Ibanez USA). And when i went down to collect the bass, i ended up staying a heck of a lot longer than i planned to...............hearing and playing those Collings and Huss & Daltons were a real dream. I ended up playing them longer than i did my own instrument. And through the entire time, although he was attending to several customers, he always found time to answer my questions. A really great experience at his shop. Oh, and he picked a gem of a bass for me too.
