Best food in singapore!!

1. BBQ chicken wing rice at Clementi Veri Nice coffee shop (near MRT).
*To date I have not found any comparable BBQ chicken wing even at the same franchise elsewhere.

The skin crispy or not? :D Tried this BBQ chicken wing stall at Newton hawker a number of times before they renovated, man... the skin is crispy and the meat is so juicy. Too bad they don't taste the same after the renovation.

Sungei road. B/W soup should be at Ayer Berseh foodcourt 2nd level. Perpetual long Q one issit?

That laksa, if you don't tell us which one is fake and which one is not then how would we know? I only know last time the one opposite LAB... Lim Ah Boy yes... don't laugh... he's a legend among the biker community... is the real one. And then was told that they shifted to the coffee shop facing Sim Lim Tower... but then the last time I went to that coffee shop there was no laksa and there's laksa opposite Lim Ah Boy aka LAB but it didn't taste that great but they have all the newpaper clipping and all that nonsense.

So tell me... help a laksa fan here out... where is the REAL Sungei Road Laksa?

Zhan Shan Mei Claypot Laksa at Depot Road was the bomb till the owner sold it to a PRC and then there was shifting here and there and nowhere. The current one at Ayer Rajah Market suckassssssss......

Ya the B/W soup is at Ayer Berseh foodcourt 2nd level the always long Q 1

Opposite LAB one is not real sungei laksa. The real sungei laksa is actually near the kopitiam. Its at blk 27 kopitiam there got sell sungei laksa that one is the real one ^^. opposite LAB one fake sungei laksa dun taste nice news paper clipping can make one ma haha. They not move to sim lim tower they move to a kopitiam near LAB at blk 27 i dun remember the kopitiam name lol

Sean....

the skin is crisp enough for me, esp the skin is BBQ until quite thin at the mid joint. Yum yum. =) And the meat is juicy too!!!

Only $2.50 for a plate which consists of 2 bbq chicken wing, rice and coleslaw. The rice is special, quite chewy. The chili is also very solid! I like.
Not a fan of the coleslaw though...the veges all drowning in super thick mayo.

The qtr bbq chicken with rice only like $4.50 if I can remember correctly. Seldom eat coz its wayyyyy too much.

The stall is 可爱鸡.

There's a dark sauce wanton mee at Desker/Syedalwi/Dunlop St whatever... can't remember that is famous and is quite highly rated but the open for lunch only... never ever did get a chance to try it. Give up already.

Must be damn good la..... only open for lunch.

Batu Pahat, Penang, Ipoh..... damn!!!

The name is very cartoon man.

Do they just sell the chicken wing? Not a fan of set meal....

ahhh..... I find Miharu ramen ok but totally hate that bamboo shoots thing they add into their ramen. YUCKY!

is that BKT at Balastier called Founder Bak Kut Teh? Below New Orchid hotel and have TONS of celeb photos on the wall? Potent pepper soup BKT there...

Try the BKT opposite Central. Its a corner coffee shop. Pretty good BKT IMHO.

Yeah - that's it - Founder BKT :) - it has pictures all over the walls of all the celebs who
went there. The pork trotters they have there are the best anywhere.

There's also a new Ramen place inside Central @ Clarke Quay mall - Santoka on 2nd floor. Went there yesterday - just opened last week and caters to those hardcore Japanese businessmen. They have a dish there which is the ramen with this stewed fatty pork at the side - Tokusen Toruniku (or something like that) - they only make 60 bowls a day so you got to get there early. Really good, though I prefer the noodles texture at Miharu.

Oh, that stall. Used to eat the regularly. They have an outlet in Jurong, and it still stands, if I'm not mistaken.

Not a big fan of their chicken. It's pretty shit to me, actually.

The Chicken rice show in Bukit Bintang area in KL also killer

Back in SIN - best prata at Casuarina area ....

Best chendol teka market

If you read my post above, the same franchise elsewhere sucks. Only the clementi Veri Nice coffeeshop one is good.

I ask my friend to tabao for me during Uni days and he tried to play cheat by getting the Jurong one. Wah biang....angry man.

A few links, not sure if they have any in Singapore, but hell, it's the best I've ever tasted.
