im not buying one to practise because im not sure whether how long this passion can last

then u gotta wait till someone brings a flying v down, i'm not sure if anyone who went down owns one. but imho, if u aint gonna buy one to practice with, u wont be able to play even after someone teaches u cos u play with it for abt an hour or so, then u wont touch it again in god knows how many weeks. so if u wanna learn, do urself a favour and bring one down.

dood so am i!! stay at home on weekends and dont go to the canten so often. very soon u'll find that u have enough money to get one. i saved up for a cij fender in abt 3months. anyway a low end flying v isn't gonna cost a bomb so shouldn't take that long to save up for 1. all the best
