no la.. i mean if this guy knows he is of upmost importance to make e band alive and then start throwing some air ard den this guy isnt worth to be in a band...band is all about that little team spirit n they build it thicker each day! you may ask this guy 2 leave n i think u can still find someone that can be better in terms of both skill n character! or if u think he still got chance den e band better have a good talk before e next jam session comes.
