bad experience with ZEn guitar shop

Your post is a clear indication that you are indeed HYZ. Why don't you ask whether the person in that beautiful quote had anything to hide under the carpet. If anyone wants to know the authenticity of the guitars, they can come down to the shop and talk to us. Forums are a place which breed all sorts of ill intent and unnecessary speculation.

So, I invite anyone reading this to PM me personally regarding this matter. It doesn't matter what I reveal HYZ, for you will still find fault with me. If you're concerned about the rest of the community not knowing, well I invite them to PM me or come to the shop and we'll show them the guitar and explain to them the real situation.

My number is 91859410. It does not change. Just like the number that does not change in the spanish guitar ads you put up. However the name keeps changing.

I don't understand you either. Your nick apparently shows that you joined this forum only in April 2008, which was way after the threads by hyz were removed. So clearly you are showing outright proof that you are just the same old brand new you?

Then pretty much all his post in reference to the customer's experience and what should and shouldn't be done is redundant, I guess. Vincent already stated his point and apology. We can only wait for the TS reply.

Precisely there's nothing to hide that's why I'm inviting them to call me. On the other hand would you want to entertain me if I posted a thread on the authenticity of Jose Antonio Lopez guitars. Nobody knows the the real deal right, so I'll rather talk to people who are interested. Only then I will reveal what exactly happened.

So those who are interested can call me.

Anyway to answer your question on customer service. yes there are hair dressers which will work till 11 or later in China. Are there any such services in Europe or US? Do you revere their standard of living.

Let me ask whether you are actually enjoying your 5 day week? If you are, don't compare us to China. You can migrate there if you like, no one's stopping you. Banks close on time, so do all many stores. Sometimes we can be flexible but not always. Vincent had an appointment that day and he already explained. In fact he didn't even need an apology. The shop was closed.

Your argument is based on demographics which is ridiculous. In china someone would cut his/her at 11 pm. Not in Singapore, period. Would anyone buy a guitar at 11pm? The shopping centre is locked up by 10pm. So stop being ridiculous. If you have nothing to nit pick, don't.
 
Don't mind me, guys, but I think any further remarks dropped on this thread will be a little impolite to the threadstarter, who is looking for an explanation regarding the misunderstanding he has with Vincent.

I certainly won't like my thread being bombarded with comments by others when all I am looking for is an explanation from a certain party. Vincent already made his point. Threadstarter doesn't need to comb through all this.

Jack, any ill views you have regarding Maestro, maybe you can start a new thread to address them?

We apologize for the trouble you had took to come down to our store.
We are regretful that you are unable to purchase the items you require due to our closing timing. We seek your understanding that its our shop policy not to ADMIT any more consumers after our stated closing timing of 1930 at ZG.

I think the extension of working hours by salespeople is a bonus, hence should not be taken for granted by customers. Besides, the working hours are stated for a reason uh..
 
Totally agree. As someone working in the service industry, nothing is more annoying than a customer walking past the door with the "closed" sign clearly displayed when I'm about to take a nice long crap after a hard day's work...

Having said that, thanks to James for deleting my post. I apologise for the impulsive behaviour or any slightest hint of it in that post of mine that might offend any member of the SOFT forum. Afterall, we are all gathered here in the name of music. :)
