Are PRS guitars any good?

ah really? i was thinking of changing the pups to HFS/VB if im getting the prs se custom24.

I'd say do it! At least then you can decide for yourself on whether u like 'em and have a feel of what they sound like...for what its worth, lots of people still like them...be sure to wire them to be splittable coz they sure sound great that way to me...

Whitestrat, I'm curious if you've tried the Dragon 1's? They are apparently very much different than the Dragon II's and to me they kick ass! I have them in my prs custom 22 and NNG custom 22 rosewood...

Benster, yes its my kryptonite..everytime i look at it i cannot play adi..hahaha nolar...Its quite a dark color though when there isnt much light...by the way your schroeder rocks my socks....I really hope theres one for me in the future...

Nope... not tried them... How do they differ from the IIs? The IIs were nice, but you needed to work on them a bit to squeeze a good response from them. A little stiff initially.
