Anyone regretted selling their guitars?

Seems like the 2nd hand guitar market is pretty active on Soft. I had a ESP Eclipse CTM PL, beautiful guitar IMO, that I sold for an Iceman. Can call that a downgrade and, I don't know.. Just wondering if anyone sold a guitar that they pretty much regretted after that? What guitar is that?:)

i regret half of my sales.
well thats the way it is, Gas makes you gain some and lose some.
notable losses are my Gibson BFG, cream malmsteen strat, hide model and my piss yellow burny.. ahhhh sad without them

Regretted selling?

No, i tend to think carefully before i sell the off.
But talking about buying, its another new world. Plenty of regrets

Well for me...never regret a single bit. Whenever I have that old guitar feeling again..I'll buy a new one that's supposed to be better. Then now...I'm putting everything together again another guitar. Guitars that I've sold here are normally people I know. Only those guitar that I care less I will sell it in the open.

Guitars that I've sold:

Fender Strat MIJ(never liked this model though but don't know why I bought it in the first place)

Ibanez Jem floral
Gibson Les Paul
Self made guitar or should I say assemble sold to a friend
Ibanez Steve lukather series

Hamer Californian Quilt - gave away
Ibanez SA - gave away

Effects:
Zoom G202 - gave away
Roland GR 20 - sold to a friend

Wah...too many ah...and I've never regret it. Now, I'm using one J&D les paul, 1 TGM guitar, 1 self made guitar and am building another one. Am also eyeing for AXL Mayhem Shadow...looked really cool. And also eyeing for Gibson Robot guitar and also eyeing for Swing EZ100 plus Fender FR. I GAS for too many things ah.....I think I need help ah...hehehehe!!

Man... Sounds like breaking up with a gf for another and putting the past behind LOL!

Anyway, I've yet to regret, don't wanna know what it feels like to have some sentimental bond broken.

I regretted selling off my Peavey and Washburn guitars. I should have kept it and take good care of it. Well, the need of money overpowered me.

There was one guitar I really regretted selling - an Ibanez RG7621 and a fine specimen! I still kick myself over it plus I regularly bug the current owner to sell it back to me. Bummer.

I regretted selling off my Suzuki SG. despite the fact that it's a cheap copy, the tone is amazing. good on both cleans and distortion. it handles the type of music I play really well

Only once. Regretted selling a gorgeous sounding custom made semi-hollow body guitar. Sold it away so as to buy a Fender that subsequently got sold off at record time. Really silly. Oh yes, GAS is the tool of the devil. ;)

where do i begin....

1. Schecter Omen 6
2. MIJ Epiphone LP Custom
3. American Standard Strat with S1
4. MIJ Telecaster
5. Washburn N4
6. Gibson Robot SG

I really miss those guitars, though every time I look at the current one I got, it seems to soothe the sadness…..hehehe

I've only sold one guitar to date. And most likely not to sell another because of this experience.

It was a Epiphone Strat copy, which i bought in the year 2000 as a package with an amp. It has an angled headstock, very much like those found on Jacksons. I can't remember the model, but i know they don't sell this anymore.

I was in Sec 2 when i bought that guitar. It didn't occur to me how i worked (or slaved) till midnight almost everyday at KFC, earning only $2.80/hour, going to school the next day all sleep-deprived and letting my studies slip, just to purchase that guitar, which was my first electric.

Now when i think back and recalled how hard i worked for it, i really regret selling it off. Such is the sentimental value of that axe =(

I regreted selling my MIJ Ibanez Limited Edition S540LTD ...
Sold it blardy cheap too!!! What was i thinking?!
So sad.....
