wah. but i don't think it's worth that much though. maybe 30+ would be more reasonable. im going to get the maestro one soon :)

Pier,

Check this site out: http://www.ukuleleworld.com/

They got a good selection of affordable and decent quality Ukes. Int'l shipping is available too. They can be trusted from what I read in other Uke forums.

Cheez,

The site above also carry alot of the hard to find Uke strings from Hawaii if that is what you prefer. Otherwise GHS is also another brand apart from D'Addario which is easier to obtain in SG.

If there are enough guys/gals interested, maybe we can do get-togethers to learn and play...afterall, a ukulele is portable enough to carry everywhere.
Hi, there are a couple of guys playing the uke at Guitar Gallery, Parklane, Seligie road. I'll be there with 2 of my ukes tomorrow around 12pm. Bring your uke if you can make it. The invitation extends to all interested. Hopefully this can become a regular uke group. Tks.

Yo, I seen there is 6 string ukelele and wonder if they can be tune and play like a guitar. But I love the sound of that miniature guitar alike instrument.

Ukulele Movement

Hey guys,

look no further! There is a new setup in Singapore that brought in Kala brand ukuleles at reasonable prices (SGD 100-500). If you google or Youtube 'Kala', you'll see alot of good reviews of this brand and it's a good mid-range brand.

You can contact glyn.simon@gmail.com for more info.

You can get Maestro Ukeleles at either the Esplanade outlet or at the Concept Store in Peninsular.

They have quite a range, and also of all sizes; soprano, concert, tenor, and even a baritone.
