neuro182, the site is www.agingyouth.com. We carry reviews of Singapore albums as well. Our focus is not just bands. We feature jazz performers, laptop/ electronic musicians, hip-hop acts (hopefully, more of this in the future), etc.

The govt funds a lotta gigs indirectly thru National Arts Council... Do your research dude... :D

MTV? Hmmm, you sure you want to have something which is driven by commercial forces representing what most ppl will consider as an art form?

I'm quite ignorant about it actually, lyk mountain tortoise. But I do heard of a few events like Street Fest & Hope Jam. I onli recently got in touch with true civilisation :)

Well take your time to learn new things here , there is lots of local music stuffs happenning here :) Sometimes it is better just to sit tight and observe things if you do not know anything about the subject :)

Yes, we do. We feature them under Newsbuzz... Sometimes folks will drop us e-mails on their upcoming albums and recent activities. or we'll keep tabs on them. So you can find out more about them. This section is updated every Tuesday. However, occasionally, we are too lazy to do it. Heh!
