ADS Box full..Unable to delete..

If I want to post a new ad, my old ads have to be deleted. I have already touched the limit of 10 ads. all the 10 ads I have posted have become void or the items sold. I tried deleting the my old ads and could not get deleted. How to do this? Being admin, you can do this for us or advise how to go about..

i still have not figured out how to allow users to delete the ads by themselves.
