adding on stuff to the dtxplorer

heyall, was thinking of getting the dtxplorer..cheap, sounds good, damn small, packable (i think)..
yea but i was wondering like if its possible to use a roland brain instead of the yamaha, like the roland td3 or td6..
also is it possible to fit in the roland snare mesh skin type thing while using yamaha drum brain
