Now ...

1)we don't want that grub screw sticking out .... may get bloddy with aggressive players?! Since the adjustment is minimal keep it within the bridge material.
2)the post may need a radial slot for reducing grub screw friction. Grub screw may need to be ball ended too.
3)Now with that locking mechanisim you may need to supply a spanner...look at self locking possibilities ..

@phil: it's serving me well, i'm glad i took the chance and thanks to eclipze for making such a wonderful block. Never knew a tremolo block can make a difference, even though it's subtle but i noticed the sound is more balanced.

this is how its going to be like

so the DIY-ed parts will be:
1. a roller saddle TOM like ...
2. a trem like a bigsby ... but i added a locking feature and an adjustable spring tension .. hehe this is new !!...
3. the tuners... locking tuners and it can be use a reverse string mounting
4. the truss rod
5. the pots knobs


at last i make my own tuners.....
there is one things left... an aluminum knobs.. like duesenberg has : and its been a request from my friend razi here on soft, and im able to make it last saturday coz that time i got my spare time to fabricate it , sorry ... i forgot to take a pic of it... ill post it later .

swappable saddle bridge (u can use it with Piezo or without piezo) ... remove the small string notch part on the saddle... and then insert the piezo ^^
