Who exactly is randolf?

After being a gear freak for so long, i still have no idea whos the person behind randolf modded pedals.
is he some singapore guy? i would like to meet him personally regarding a modded ts9.

seen pedals that are keeley modded as well.. is he another guy who modifies pedals?

these people mod to fit their customer's demand? or they just mod and sell as "their own sound"?

is it? i'm not so sure either, its the guy that signs "randolf mods" at the top of the ts9.
