Soft DXS House Rules

1. Prepare/research questions beforehand. A good question deserves a good answer!

2. Do take care of your personal belongings.

3. Try to limit personal playing time of drum kit to 5 minutes. Longer playing/demonstration time can be requested, subject to availability.

4. Open, constructive feedback is encouraged.

5. Receive feedback positively and not harbour any ill intention towards the ones giving the feedback.

6. All DXS participants are encouraged to join in to set up, dismantle, tidying up, keep everything properly and also assist in disposal of trash.

7. We should take care of the venue, its belongings and each others stuff. Please handle each others' drum equipment as we would our own.

8. We should refrain from "testing" stuff brought by other attendees unless they explicitly welcome us to do so.

9. We should welcome newcomers and try to answer their questions as much as possible. Also we should conduct ourselves properly at DXS, whether we're inside the venue or the vincinity.

I'm so sorry me and my younger bro had to leave early. Work beckons...

But yeah itwas a fun learning experience! Gd to meet drummers from all corners of SG. Also showed me i've SO MUCH MORE to learn haha..I'll confirm come down for the next Drums XChange!

Very good session at the Geylang East Public Library! The staffs there are simply the nicest people.

We had a very good turn out. Didn't count but definitely more than 50. Good to see many first timers too.

I also managed to recorded the drumming with my Zoom H4n. Will post it up after the SOFT TV tomorrow.

I am sure our fellow attendee will be posting their reviews and pix soon.
