paypal payment, stored value question

i got some money in my paypal a/c after receiving payment from some dudes overseas. now i want to make an online purchase but the stored value in my a/c is not enough to cover everything.

i can transfer the money into my bank a/c (did it before) but there is some nonsense surcharge. furthermore, if i credit to bank a/c, i will kena paypal fees, then when i make payment for my new purchase (ebay) i will kena fees yet again.

my question is; can i use the stored value in my paypal a/c to offset the cost of my new hoots partially, and pay the rest using my CC linked to my paypal a/c?

I suggest you buy paypal dollar from other user for eg. from hardwarezone forum( i have bought some from them so far so good) or here if there is.As stated by you to avoid paying the bank and paypal fees.

They give the exchange rate using current rate. Some give good rate if u buy more usually above $100.Hope it helps.
