So some time back I visited the awesome guys at BGW Guitars (Not Swee Lee!). I was invited to go into the shop to photograph their beautiful guitars. It was just too much GAS to handle. Maybe now would be a good time to share these photos with you guys.

Pulled out this case, opened it and I just stood there in awe and stunned like a vegetable. Pure beauty.

I remember seeing Greg Koch Demoing a smililar piece on Wild Wood some time back.

I could not capture how beautiful the finish on this strat is from the lighting. My Pics do not do this guitar justice. Probably one of the most attractive finishes I have seen on a strat. If i remember correctly, It's finished with some kind of pearl.

Wait... not like blizzard pearl kind of finish. Legit pearls or somewhere along those lines! Definitely one of a kind.

Man I haven't posted here in years since school started. I actually acquired these lovelies a few years back but I never got the chance to share any pics of them. Here goes.

1981 Gibson Les Paul Custom

Bone-stock right down to the chainsaw case. The Tim Shaw humbuckers are truly something special. Being a Norlin-era LP it comes with the volute, which I have no issues with whatsoever considering the improvement in stability. Like Zakk's Holy Grail(also an '81), it comes with a maple neck. This combined with the Shaws makes for a pretty spanky-sounding LP Custom, a very rare case in my experience. Credit goes go Sherman Aw for this. Up to this day I still feel like I took advantage of him, trading my '58 RI for this baby.

Ceriatone Custom 18W TMB

Got this from Marc Than aka. Marc from Marc X Hashy. Traded in my Vox AC15 Heritage Handwired for it, with no regrets. The amp is modeled after Marshall's 1974X, which is basically a scaled down version of the Bluesbreaker. Comes loaded with a 12" WGS ET65. The amp has two channels; one with the single tone knob and another with the 3-band EQ. Since the amp went through Goose's hands it also comes bundled with a PPIMV circuit. What makes this piece special is that it came with a custom modification; a top-mounted dip switch which adds clipping diodes to the preamp stage, giving a pretty radical boost to the gain, pushing it into JCM800 territory.

Don't see myself getting anything new soon, so this might be all for 2016!

It's been awhile since I've posted anything to the forums and what better way than to post some gear love here! So I've recently finished my studies from Sydney and my Dad decided to surprise me in the most amazing way possible! A Gibson Les Paul Standard 2016 (T)! This particular burst that I have had my eye on for the longest time ever since Gibson announced their 2016 line, he managed to source it out and decided to gift it to me as a graduation gift! Much love Pops! So here's to a great year ahead! Keep sharing the love for guitars and more importantly the creation and love for music. What's gear without making music am I right? Cheers!

I am very interested in the Kiesel Carvin line of guitars. Despite the high USD now, a basic USD899 for a custom Kiesel A6 is very reasonable. Would really love to see if anyone has one or intends to get one!
