must kena the right one. some place one not moist enough the egg yolks feels damn dry and "choking".

Eh, tried the one at Farmart. Not that expensive. The black pepper crab is pretty decent, albeit salty. Was at Ban Leong a month back. I is rikes... And my friend blanjah crabs last Saturday at No. 3 Crab House (??). Bumped into some Localbarboys there.

Personally, I think chili crabs are a waste of good crabs. Kills the natural flava of the crusteceans with the overpowering spiciness. Hey, different strokes...
