hi.. im thinking of getting this set of double pedals but theres something which i am not sure of..

Can the pedals be separated into 2 seperate pedals? according to the pictures.. it seems like it can be done by jus moving over one beater from the right to the left(there is a beater holder on the left pedal) and moving one of the two springs from the right to the left as well. however the people at yamaha says the pedals cant be seperated. i couldnt try at that time cos they only displayed the right pedal. can someone help pls? thx!

in singapore.. only TWO people have it.. - as claimed by both of them who are also softies.

so u can try ur luck in getting the THIRD one??

from what i know, yes you can seperate it.

but don't take my word for it...email yamaha perhaps...or maybe post on PDF forums...ricohorton there is an absolute pedal-know-everything guy :)

bryan is that you?? :D

some yamaha manuals here (incl flying dragon)

from the bigger picture, yes ur right... i can see that one of the metal piece + spring attachment (in light grey metal) piece needs to be removed and put over at the slave pedal (see my pic below)
