Yamaha E-drums help!

Hi guys, would appreciate if y'all can help me!

Am currently considering a Yamaha dtx 540 for approximately 2k plus or so... What do you all think?

Good/bad?
Pros and cons of the edrum?
Are there better choices out there?
Reviews?

I've done some homework on this drumset, basically have had quite a positive and good review, a good substitute for the accoustic! But i'd still like to hear from my fellow singaporeans! Thanks!

Go for the 550k instead, its $2599 but has a "real" hi hat. Or it'll be better if you can spend another 200 to buy the DTX 700k, which is $2799. I don't really recommend electronic kits that don't have a hi hat that can be mounted on a hi hat stand like a real hi hat. Though it costs slightly more, it'll pay off when you're playing grooves that have a lot of hi hat work. Hope it helps
