Selling as stated above; bought from a fellow softie to continue with the restoration. Stripped of Green paint, replace tuners(new - from my squier, perfect fit), replaced some screws with new one (not all). polished frets like new, rewired pickups(accidentally placed the mid position in out of phase (stock pick ups), polished oxidized hardware and turned it to chrome. cleaned POTs (now it is not scratchy and tight). new strings. Fret life is around 90%
will still need Sanding and rewiring as I just soldered them all to test how it sounds. some screws still needs to be replaced (40cents each at peninsula).
Im done with it as i do not have equipment here to continue to sand it. My housemates may not tolerate the powder from sanding as well. I would really want to finish this (even want to replace the neck with a new one) but have no tools to use.
