I love everything about this guitar except the color.
It's a Korean Made Epiphone Sheraton
Balanced body and not neck heavy
Almost mint cond(tarnished hardwares, typical gold cover)
Pickguard will be given
Comes with a worn but useable TKL Hardcase(same maker as Gibson hardcases)
