Yes as u can read from the title, its literally new except used once at my place for rehearsal bcos drummer couldn't rush home on time to get his.
Here are the photos
As u can see, it comes with a bag which fits nicely for this piece. There's no need to displace it from the bag, just open the flap and u can start playing with it.
It also has a knob which can tighten, loosen or to silent the snare, which is not every cajon has (for me, i think this is the only piece which I see that has this knob so far).
So here it is:
