Selling my beloved year 2007 Taylor 714ce. It is kept in its hardcase and in my 24x7 humidity controlled store room (55-57'RH, 28-29'C) ever since i bought it. It is very well taken care of and kept in its hardcase most of the time. This guitar has also been tonerited for hundreds of hours for added responsiveness.
Taylor 714ce is truly a unique breed among other taylors. It is famous with its deep low, very balanced, sweet and articulate tone, and is very well sought after among fingerstylist. The 714ce of mine is no doubt the best fingerstyle piece in my collection.
Fret wear is almost zero, as i rarely play it, as it is meant to be my collection piece than workhorse. It is easily perceive as new (mint) if not because of the cruel and unexpected UV finish de-lamination.. see the last photo.

Due to the UV finish de-lamination (with portion of it peeled off and exposed the bare wood) which appeared recently, i will let it go at a much lower price than it should be. You can seek for other means on your own to treat and seal-off the gaps, should you feel the need to do so. Do take note that the UV finish issue is NOT due to any wear and tear, it is simply self developed due to the humidity changes. There is no scratches, dent or whatsoever apart from the UV finish de-lamination.
The bone saddle and rosewood pins shown in the pictures will not be included. The stock TUSQ saddle and pins will be included instead. The pickup system for year 2007 714ce uses 2nd generation ES with 9V battery.
