So yea, what im looking for, is cuz im just wondering, what do YOU GUYS like? I accept that different configs sound better with different woods. But now i just want to know what you guys like for the body. and please don't fire at the other parts yet. whatever pickup configs you like, whatever bridge you like, whatever necks you like, what ever fretboard you like, just say what your fav wood is and assume that everything else matches it.

Then finally, if you are absolutely certain about going for a project, despite seemingly not really knowing what you want/need, are you ready to fork out the $?

I'm just taking in opinions dude. and yea i know what it need. if you wish for me to list them out, where to get them, how, then tell me. and yes i have quite a lot reserved just for this so please dont question that further.

Oh? That is nice of you to help someone out - have you tried to help your friend understand the whole deal on mixing/matching/customising?

The scope of your request is immense.

How about giving us a genre your friend would like his project guitar to be "tweaked" to? Doesn't your friend have any preferences with regards to specifications?

What's a "V neck radius" btw?

by graphite do you mean carbon fibre?
by carbon fibre do you mean woven like a cloth or random broken fibre?
will the composite substrate be chemically cured epoxy or UV cured?
what will be the base material used? Balsa wood? Thin molded aluminium? Titanium?
