with that same price tag (scond hand), will it be the

half tube 50Watter vox
or
All tube Champion 600 5W Fender?

i've got good mics to mic it up to the FOH. i'm aware of the 'missing headroom' for the 5W but they're TUBES!

i've always thought more Watts the better, until i heard paul baloche talking against it, but for tubes (ofc he was referring to 30W tubes instead of pathetic 5W)

hehhe.... GAS for me is ALWAYS controllable. i haven't sold anything i bought, nor have i bought anything extra.

but beer... i got plenty of extras!

The champ has one preamp and power tube + pretty simple circuit !

The *vhatever tronix* has processor whatnot which is pretty scary 8O IMO

You may just tweak your fav pedal drive tone control for required feel or your guitar tone control .... actually i find tone controls just get in the way :lol:
