AY bro, that's the MasterPiece series by Takara to commemorate TF's 20th anni. Heavy duty diecast sheet with paint and all app. 1kg? Inside got nice Matrix also. The Starscream in a diff colour scheme was released last year, the 3rd to be done. 4th soon is Megatron...damn coolness!

if you guys havent seen starscream in the online pics or anything, this is roughly how he looks like:
basically an F22 with a big belly
its one hell of a transformation
my fav toy line is still the masterpiece series. I heard rumours they're gonna make a Megatron figure, which imo, is the most hardest to get right. All existing Megatron figures are kinda dodgy looking.

bro AY bro, tell them in future for quality and details...go Takara, Hasbro good at screwups and awful colours. It's the original Takara pieces that are worth the value. My OP was pre-order when the news was out, i think it was 160 or 170 back then....nowadays this MP-01 can still fetch at least 120usd for MISB piece. Hasbro ones easily can get from Robinsons and Taka toy section sometimes 
guitarnub: MP-05 which is Megatron, is confirm to be released. I do not think it's the hardest to get as of yet, just know which shops take pre-orders and stuff will do......So far MP-01 is the best effort yet with proper molds and construction, it's like a brick! BOSS style!

I'm not looking too forward to the TF movie, biggie on the non traditional bots look....but i do know they have problems porting the original designs onto the big screen.
Masters of the Universe really delayed ah! I still want to bring out that furry loinclothe and shout while lightning strikes behind!!!! My cardboard sword pasted with aluminium foil is long gone man.....those were the days
