Which hardware shop stocks screws/washers/nuts/etc?

I'm sure many of us have rusty guitar parts that we want to get replacements for, but some parts are often difficult to find.

Does anyone have any idea of which hardware stores would have a large range of random metal screw/washers/etc? I have heard of places that can measure your old screws/washers and give you a replacement.

if you are looking for parts specific for guitars, Davis has screws & such. otherwise, the average hardware like Selfix do stock the hardware you need.

I remembered getting replacement screws for saddles somewhere around the back of kelantan lane. Cant remember exactly which address, its somewhere near Lim Ahboy, for those who are riding, they should know where. Damn cheap too, 80 cents for like 12-15 pieces?

I'll try to take down the exact address if i happen to pass by there again.
