Which Chorus? (Got song to show what exact sound I want)

Im looking into chorus pedals...

Getting my first pedal soon and after that its a chorus/od....

So here goes....

I want to get the sound of the guitar in the song, Shine On by JET.

Its during the second pre chorus onwards.... starts from 1.14min
Once i heard that song im hooked onto that particular chorus sound.... The one my amp provides is just too bright? Its just too much. (Roland Cube 20X)

Anyway im willing to pay top dollar for the pedal... After all, i will only be happy after i get that particular sound!

Are you very sure it's a chorus pedal that's generating the sound?
It could be from a software or rackmount processor.

but theres really no way to find out....
just cross my fingers and hope there is a pedal....

the de-tune during that part, almost seems vibrato like.

i get that kind of sound when using my ehx small clone and turning the rate up way high

you could probably do that with the average chorus with a rate control...

since u said u can splurge on it, try the red witch empress chorus/vibrato, u will definitely get it with that pedal, so much u can do with it

Tsunami rocktron. Comes with rate,width,chours delay and a ambience delay option. Best chorus i have used.

sounds very detuning. maybe try a small clone-ish pedal, maybe the fulltone choralflange, or HBE THC. doubt a boss ce-2 does it.

To me it sounds more like a vibrato effect. The Line 6's MM4 has a pretty decent vibrato. The Mojo Vibe has a chorus/vibrato mini toggle; its vibrato setting is very good and lush. There's also the BYOC Vibrato clone, based on the discontinued and very rare Boss VB-2, but I've not heard either of those though.

its the boss vibrato. you can try the BYOC clone of it, much cheaper and true bypass.
