What headphones should I get? How to connect to the amplifyer?

Hi. I'm always playing too loud and my family gets annoyed. So I'm considering whether I should get headphones or just play softer.

I'm also using a roland cube 20x, how do I connect my headphones to it ? I have some logitech headphones and I tried connecting it to the amp where it fits perfectly. but when I played, the sound still comes out from the amplifyer.
anything wrong with the amp?

hmm by right, if you plug your headphones into the headphone jack on the amp, it should silence the speaker.. I did that with my 30X and the sound only comes out the headphones.
