Maybe the problem is with the jack input or the volume/tone pots. Have it checked bro, maybe it just needs some cleaning or soldering or replacement. ;)

I've come across this problems too but mostly were guitars at é jammin studios. Hope you are not one of the abuser coz this is afterall your own 'baby'.;) Well..since U dared enough to open it up and yet to see any wires detached, now plug in.. Do a D.I.Y test to find the source first using test pen or simply exercise that pinky to touch e back of the knobs to hear buzzing 'ground' sound. If that buzz's there, the problem comes from the web to your pickups or even e pickups itself. For this, you gotta go down to workshop and be ready to upgrade é pickups:rolleyes:. But if there's no buzzing sound, plug out and start looking at your ¼" jack which I believed an open curcuit type. If they too are both soldered still, push the metal pin inwards slowly as it might break. If this solves the problem, be more gentle to that jack the next time you plug it in. All the best and hope this helps.

thanks for the help guys, i'll go open it up n try it out again
if really cant then i have to bring it down to repair
(i was also thinking of upgrading to new EMG pickups)
but as u guys can see im just startin to get familiar with all the gears

thanks for da help!
(btw where is this zen guitarwerkz?? )
