piano player here - might pop down on sunday if i'm free!

just wondering, what styles are u guys into? anybody intending to bring lead sheets/fakebooks? (please do!) Esp. if we're going to do stuff other than free jamming - quite possible since it's 4 hours long. i dont know any pop/rock tunes for instance - funk/jazz/swing/bossa/latin = my comfort zone.
 
oh bros... I dont think i can make it tmrw. Having a meeting with a friend tomorow ah.

The first Traffic Jamz:

It was a lot of fun jamming but unfortunately we didn't see much of a turnout despite many that have signed up.

And yes, it was one hell of a session. Never thought you'd wanna play Highway star on drums. Hehehe...!! Sorry for the bad solos I did. It's like 10 years I've not played that songs.

I noticed there's some group of guys who came but never come in. So, I'll never know if that's some of those softies or some jammers. Next time we'll put a bigger signage to indicate TRAFFIC JAMZ.

We hope to see more to come forward the next Traffic Jamz. None of us have met and played before so the thrill is to meet new musicians out there to just jam out your ideas.

Boon is kinda boring for me. Book L Cube Suite or something. Plus from your faces on the picture is doesnt seem slike ya had fun. More like a strange awkwardness.

Anyways sorry lazius me and my keys cudnt make it cus we have a gig on.
 
Hey BadgerS88: You can say we looked 'dried up'. Hehehe...!!! There's only 2 guitarist, 2 bassist and 2 drummers. Lazius and myself seemed to play almost all the way. Hehehe...!!!

Yes, true too Boon (location wise) seemed to be a little bored in a way. But Lazius managed to get the biggest room there, so it's quite spacious with the amount of people present. L Cube on the other hand has quite a spacious suite room. The instruments are all new and the location is quite centralised in majority. Well, we'll see next if L Cube could be our next Traffic Jamz.

But at the end of the day, we sure do have fun but a little 'tired' playing the whole 4 hour session.
