wad do i need to make a jamming studio?

Ehh... wad do i need to make a jamming studio?? with a low budget. The jamming studio can just be a small one... Wad do i need??

best thing to do is just visit a jam studio and 'copy' everything.

a sofa is important, lighting. have to make it look roomy and stuff. like serangoon's, forgot what name, really nice, big couch and everything. GOOD LOCATION, for god's sake. and good, new mics that dont feedback. and perhaps, a good tech to help a band adjust the PA and stuff ,because some bands dont know a crap on handling mics
