Vinyl player/turntable in Singapore?

Hello friends, i have been wanting to get into vinyls and was wondering what brands/models of vinyl player/turntables i should buy. (what is the difference between vinyl player and turntable?)
I'm looking for something that sounds good and affordable
And also where to buy them haha

and around 200 are 12" remixes singles.
