i own all the models you listed- no one model has a permanent line-up in my FX chain simply because there isn't one which can comprehensively out-class the other.

Well, since the BB is only slightly more expensive than some of the ibanez ts models, and based on a TS circuit, I thought it would suggest that to him, because it can do TS tone + MUCH MORE.
Im not trying to show off and just randomly pick out and name a 500 USD Overdrive. The BB is value for money.

i guess why some ppl dont like the TS is because it isnt transparent, with that mid bump and all.
But for me, the mid bump helps, especially when you're playing chuggitychugchug hi-gain stuff and you want some mids added to cut thru when playing leads or solos with the drive at 0. In a sense, i use it like an EQ pedal.
